This interactive experience analyzes how the timing of tasks affects my performance over a challenging six-week period. During this time, I balanced client work and classwork, operating across all chronotype zones (Lark, Third-bird, and Owl). By tracking task types, timing, and performance, this project aims to understand how cognitive load and task effectiveness vary based on the chronotype zone in which tasks are performed.
